Graham Lyes, Process Development Manager

Graham joined the company in 2007 having worked for over 20 years in Senior Quality and Health and Safety (QHSE) Management roles worldwide, predominantly in the Aerospace industry. He has written, developed and implemented many Management Systems in line with company and client requirements for compliance with internationally recognised QHSE standards. Graham works with all teams, both in the office and in the field, to ensure that the highest standards are achieved, maintained and developed to exceed client and regulatory expectations. Graham holds the internationally recognised NEBOSH qualifications for Health and Safety and is working towards membership of the Institute of Quality Assurance (MIQA) and membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (MIOSH).

Lorna Evans, Integration Manager

Lorna Evans, Integration Manager Lorna manages the integration of acquisitions and mergers into Exploration Logistics Group. She develops integration plans, coordinates the integration team and installs processes, structures and systems into the newly acquired companies. Previous to this position Lorna was General Manager of medekit.com where her initiative and hard work helped establish and develop the business. She still retains strategic control of medekit and line management of the medekit Operations Manager.

John Kemp, Managing Director Canada

John manages the Canadian operations subsequent to Exploration Logistics acquiring his company Exploration Medical Services in 2008. He has experience of establishing and operating medical facilities worldwide. He has provided extensive consultation to Governments, NGOs and exploration companies regarding feasibility studies, inspection and evaluation of foreign healthcare facilities, development of medical guidelines, policies and procedures and international evacuation policies. John's career started as an Officer in the Merchant Navy and he has also worked with the Flying Doctor Services in Australia. He was awarded the Antarctic Medallion for his service in Antarctica in 1970/71, the British Merchant Navy Medal, the Australian Naval Cross and the Export Achievement Award by the City of Calgary in 1995.

Jonny Norman, Group Business Development Manager

Jonny Norman, Group Business Development Manager Jonny develops business opportunities with government agencies and multinational corporations having joined the company in 2007. Previously he worked as the Commercial Manager for a leading Project Risk Management company, where he focused on Central Asia and the Middle East. He has also worked in sales and account management. Jonny spent 11 years in the Royal Marines where he was deployed on various international postings and also worked in international defence training and procurement. Jonny's international experience and strong commercial focus are a great benefit to the company.

Mark Lonergan, Group Sales Manager

Mark Lonergan, Group Sales Manager Mark joined Exploration Logistics in 1993 as a Sales Manager and when Frontier Medical emerged as a stand alone division he specialised in medical personnel sales. As the company expanded he took on responsibility for the whole sales division as Group Sales Manager. His enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the company help lead and develop the expanding sales team. Mark served with the Special Boat Squadron from 1975 to 1987 where he was operational worldwide including the Falklands and Northern Ireland. On leaving the military he worked in life assurance, pensions and investments and then as a mortgage broker.

Rebecca Gargan, Frontier and medekit.com Sales Manager

Rebecca Gargan, Frontier Medical Sales Manager Rebecca has been with the company since 2002 when she started as a New Business Coordinator. Rebecca has developed many business contacts and has very strong project knowledge which enables her to provide a well thought out solution to clients' specific problems. She currently heads up the sales team for both Frontier and medekit.com and is working towards a Diploma from the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

Paul Woodhouse, Exlogs Driver Training Sales Manager

Paul is the first dedicated Sales Manager for Exlogs Driver Training having joined the company in 2006. His charisma and determination have led to increased growth for the division. Paul was in the Royal Navy from 1977 to 1986 where he served in numerous international locations including the Falklands. Following this he worked in engineering, financial services and most recently as an estate agent.

Genie Dyke, Exlogs Safety Services Sales Manager

Genie Dyke, Exlogs Safety Services Sales Manager Genie joined Exploration Logistics in 2004 as Business Development Coordinator. After spending three years working in the Commercial Department and gaining experience and knowledge in various aspects of the business, Genie moved to the Sales Team. Genie continues to expand her role by maintaining existing client contacts and developing new business prospects. Before joining Exploration Logistics Genie worked in the licensing and legal industries and also in the Arts. Originally from the United States, Genie has called England home for the last 15 years and thrives on working in an international environment.

Jason Hunter, MineTech Sales Manager

Jason joined MineTech in 2008. He has experience in sales, marketing, project management and customer services and has a National Diploma in Business and Finance studies. Previously he has worked as the Export and Marketing Manager for a quality control company, and as the Sales Manager both for a demining company and for medekit.com, MineTech's sister company. Jason has also spent some time in the Fire Service where he gained numerous awards.

Judy Mason, Operations Manager

Judy has responsibility for the overall management of all Frontier Medical projects and medical personnel. She joined Frontier Medical in 1998 after a successful career as a registered nurse. She has a demonstrated ability to facilitate and manage numerous projects whilst maintaining excellent client and colleague relationships and has developed exemplary general management and people management skills. She has a keen interest in professional development and works closely with colleagues to meet industry professional training standards. Judy also has a proactive involvement in business development.

Janine Jarrett, medekit.com Operations Manager

Janine Jarrett, medekit.com Operations Manager Janine joined medekit in 2008 following a career of nearly two decades in retail management and training. Her most recent role was Field Operations Manager for a chain of pharmacies where she oversaw 28 locations. Janine's pharmaceutical knowledge and management experience make her ideally placed to take on the challenge of this newly created role. Janine is responsible for the management and development of medekit.com, continually developing the website to provide relevant information and a catalogue that has a wide range of products, enabling companies to provide the best standard of medical care to their workforce.

Ross White, Exploration Logistics Operations Manager

Ross began working for Exploration Logistics on a contract basis in 1988 as a mountaineer. He has worked in remote locations around the world from deserts to offshore oil installations and both Polar regions. He became the Operations Manager in 2007 when he relocated to the UK. He is responsible for the overall management of Exlogs Safety Services and Exlogs Driver Training projects. Ross was in the Royal Marines and Special Boat Squadron from 1978 to 1987 and served in the Falklands. He left to become a Firefighter and after three years went on to take a degree in Geology. Ross brings a strong focus, along with his years of hands on experience, to ensure that Exploration Logistics continues to provide quality safety services to clients' remote operations.

Max Dyck, MineTech Operations Manager

Max has been working for MineTech since 1996. He started as an apprentice deminer before progressing to become a programme manager overseeing a variety of large and complex projects. During this time he had to coordinate all aspects of MineTech's business which include manual, mechanical and canine assets. His next step was to become Operations Manager based at the Harare office before relocating to the UK in 2007 where he continues to apply his wealth of experience and operational expertise to projects.
